Mthabisi Mhlanga, also known as Tha, is a keynote speaker and communication expert who helps organizations identify and eliminate the hidden cost of silence.
Born in Zimbabwe and based in Toronto, Tha brings a rare background to the stage. He's a former CPA and KPMG auditor who discovered that the numbers only tell half the story. The other half is how leaders communicate them. That insight became a career, a body of intellectual property, and a mission.
His work addresses both sides of the communication problem. On the organizational level, he helps teams identify where silence is costing them, quantify the impact, and build the conditions where the right voices are heard at the right time. On the individual level, he gives professionals the internal framework and practical tools to speak up with clarity and confidence in the moments that matter most. And for senior leaders, he examines how the words they choose every day either open or close the channels through which their organizations hear the truth.
